What time does the show start and what time should I arrive?
The show begins promptly at 10 PM. However, it is recommended to arrive at Tropicana from 8:30 PM to comfortably settle in and enjoy the pre-show atmosphere.
What time should I arrive for dinner?
Dinner is served from 8 PM. Guests are encouraged to arrive a little earlier to enjoy the ambiance and ensure a relaxed dining experience.
How should you dress?
The dress code is formal and elegant. Men are required to wear long pants, while women and youth should also opt for formal attire. Elegant dresses, suits, and smart-casual outfits are appropriate.
What is the minimum age for entry?
Entry is allowed from the age of 18. Please bring a valid ID as age verification may be required at the entrance.
If I want to attend the show, can I also dine?
Yes, customers who have made a reservation to see the show can also enjoy dinner if they wish. Tropicana offers a varied menu of haute cuisine and a selection of premium wines and liquors to enhance your dining experience.
Is there any activity after the show?
Yes, after the show, there is an interactive session starting at 11:15 PM. Guests have the opportunity to engage with the entertainers, dancers, and musicians, and dance to the rhythm of Cuban music.
Is photography allowed during the show?
Photography is allowed, but without flash, to ensure it does not disturb the performance or other guests. Professional photography services are also available if you wish to capture high-quality memories of your visit.
What is the refund policy for tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, we offer a unique opportunity to reschedule your ticket to another available date if you request it at least 24 hours before the show date.
Are electronic tickets accepted at the entrance?
Yes, electronic tickets are accepted. You can present your e-ticket on your mobile device or print it out to be scanned at the entrance.

An open air terrace surrounded by a luxuriant forest, where the fabulous and unique Tropicana shows take place. From 8.30 pm till dawn and with capacity for up to 1000 people.
Salón arcos de cristal
A roofed hall reproducing the Cuban shows can fill in on rainy days. This hall with air-conditioning and great comfort is ideal for conventions, press conferences, fashion shows, concerts and dances, and has capacity for 500 people.
Restaurant Rodney
Café Rodney, with the modern atmosphere of the 50's, is an immediately captivating bohemian hotspot. Varied offers and attractive prices every day from noon to midnight, and with capacity for up to 50 people.
Los Jardines Restaurant
